EG Swaps - auto To manual swap parts?

where would be the best place to start looking for automatic----->manual swap?
salvage yards? online stores? where?
also what do i need to look for
i have a 95 Honda Civic EX with a D16z6 Motor.

5spd tranny (si/ex recommended) tranny
d-series shift linkages
pedal assembly
clutch master with resevoir
hyd. master lines
lines from clutch master cylinder to slave cylinder
slave cylinder
92-95 5spd p28 ecu

that's all i can think of for now...
