New Member Introductions - I need help

Hi people, i'm new in here and i need help. I have an Honda Civic 1999 LX, i am having a problem with the idle in my engine, normally when i was parked my engine got to 500RPM and it felt like if it was turned off, it was working great, but now when i am parked my engine goes to 600RPM and my car shakes, when i turn on the A/C shakes even more. My Chk Engine didn't came on so i think is not anything t0o bad. Can you help me with this???

I had a similar problem with my 2000lx i thought it might have beent the map sensor or something but all it was was the idle ajustment screw had came loose and turned out so try that

Could also be your motor mounts. Actuall... very well be. Get them checked.

Im going to try with the motor mounts tomorrow and im going to keep you posted

Welcome to the forum! I have a similar problem with my civic but I found out it was actually because my exhaust is loose. But my car would actually turn off when it was idling. Anyway..Welcome and good luck! :)
