I'm currently working on a set of EG (1992-95) Nippon Seiki gauges with tach. I wanted to know if anyone was interested in them. I am able to do completely totally custom gauges. I will possibly develop reverse indiglo gauges if there is a demand for them as I already have a theory on how they will work. If you need MPH, km/h or even both I can do that at as little as 1 MPH and 1 km/h intervals. If you need the redline changed that can be done as well. I will have a full 270° sweep of the speedo and tach. This means they will stop when they point exactly down. The speedo will goto 150 mph and the tach will goto 10k. You will also have the option of the stock 130 and 9k. I can offer 4 different glow colors: Blue, Green, Red and White.

I'm game if you can do a tach to 10k redline, and speedo to 160 for a 97 civic, let me know.

I don't have an EK gauge design. I can base one off of the EG that should work, I just won't know how accurate they would be. I would just have to assume that all of the gauges are tilted like 25°. If I can find a scan of the EG gauges I could make a much more accurate gauge. Once I have the gauges I'm sure I can do a tach taht goes up to 10k and speedo to 160mph since I can get the AG to 9.5k and 150mph.

I'm pretty sure they are the same, just don't know about the electronics part. Obviously I would want the mph, and rpm readings to be correct. Let me see what I can dig up on it.

and to be honest 9.5k and 150mph is probably plenty lol

Hey i need the 2000 Civic EX with tach, the redline to 8200 but run the tach to 10 if you can? Uhh 20mph to 160, or 10 to 150... either/or... can you do that for me... or would it look hotter in km/h to the equivilent of 150/160?

That shouldn't be a problem at all. I guess I just have to get cracking on those EK gauges!

You can choose whatever you want. The prices I quoted are for red, green and blue. For an extra $50 I can use any of the colors below.

I can basically do anything that you want. If I can't do it, I'll tell you. Here's a cool example that matches Autometer's Nexus Gauges (http://www.autometer.com/cat_gaugelist.aspx?sid=42&opid=1&szid=2).

I really like the work you do... honestly what im trying to do is copy the idea of the Defi Tach... with that type of font, and that style... but for my gauge cluster... if you can do something like that for me, i told you i dont mind paying for quality... i'd want them in the black background with white lettering/numbering... with the red obviously redline increase... see what you think, this might be a challenge for you...

Post up a picture and I'll tell you waht I think. If you can help me finding an EK gauge set, I'd feel better using the original over a modified EG set.

Go down midway through right hand side, there's a pic of the tach, and a turbo meter, that'll give you the idea of what the gauges look like... bu tthere's no gauge cluster for them, hence why i wanted to see if you'd do it... to give you a challenge, and really the black with the white dashes with the blue little dashes are really sexy man... i'd pay up to 200 for a good job doing this... PLEASE tell me you can do it [&o]

Yeah, it shouldn't be a problem. The font looks like Eurostile Italic and Eurostile ExtendedTwo Italic possibly bold or of a heavier weight. Look on page 5 of my Font List (http://panther37.xtothezracing.com/gauges/Fonts04.pdf). I can have them light up all blue or white and the little blue marks will be blue. Please shoot me an email at panther37@gmail.com so we can discuss this further.

Thanks.

Hey lets try it... we'll go with the white normal lights... with the little blue ones being blue... if you can do it.... i wanna put something cool on it but i dunno i think i'll leave it basic looking. You know? HAHA Put like SiR on the right one where the gas and stuff is... but that's poserish.

Give me two weeks (hopefully less) and I should have a 1996-2000 gauge set ready.
