anybody have a good web site that i can go to on how to beat a speeding ticket without having to pay money?

Court date -reschedule reschedule and reschedule, hope the cop doesn't show who cited you.

Yeh, do a search on here. This question came up before and I gave a lot of info on it with my buddy being a lawyer.

I can only tell you what I did.
I paid the ticket and then bought the best
radar detector I could find and then
also a cb radio. they work!
Truckers use channel 19 and they
will tell where all the cops are but this only works
on the highways. Saved me many times

ya just keep changing the date and hope that the cop dosent show up:D, how much was the tickit for anyways?? , i would just do a search on google.com too

well i suggest paying it!!! this is my current situation.....got a ticket in NC doin 110 in a 70, on U.S.95, anyways this was like 2 months ago. the cop wouldnt give me an amount because of the speed and her got me for reckless driving and not wearing a seat belt, but i skipped the court date because well i dont live in NC, i live in SC but at the time i had my PA lisence so as of right now i have suspended lisence in NC, and the letter i got the other day says its supsended in PA also but i have my SC lisence now anyways..... i really dont know what to do bout it and i have a bench warrent in NC too because of missing the court date.........sory that was long, just buy a radar detector!!! i love mine......:D

how did you not go directly to jail fis

out of state and going that fast is pay immediately or go to jail. and speeding like that is automatic jail time.
and how do you have licenses in that many states

Never, ever miss a court date if you wanna try and beat a ticket. But keep asking for new court dates.

If you dont wanna pay it cause you dont have the money to right now, go to court. The judge almost always reduces the fines. Then if you want, you can do community service to pay the fines. You wouldnt have to pay and your doing something good for your community!

But sometimes you lose points, and that's worse than paying a fine.

well ok.....i moved to SC, from PA, and keep my PA lisence way to long with out switching and after i found of mine was supended in NC i got mine changed to SC, and they dint catch it and i guess PA still thinks i have a linsence there. And the thing is that its all the way up in Hailfax NC (virgina line) and im in myrtle beach.......prob. like a 4 hour dirve.......and well im lazy lol

in forsyth county NC the cop doesnt even show.... for traffic violations that arent felony you stand in line and pay the guy behind the desk. my buddy had a ticket for 130+ in a 65 zone(felony). he paid good money for his lawyer and they dropped it to a non moving violation. ive had my minor infractions dropped to non moving violations also. i mean who doesnt speed up when passing an 18 wheeler. they still gave me a ticket for it.....jackasses

id say fight it if u just got it..then hope the cop dun show up...i have careless driving..and observing a safe limit going on to my pa lic cause of tickets...which reminds me i have to go plead to the judge tomorrow....im gonna reschedule out the gazoo!

If you post pone more then 3 times the judge may be a REAL a$$hole and add money on since they know people do this so be careful..

If the judge pulls any sh*t, then find out what car he drives and remove his lugnuts!

yeah, and that can be chaulked up to attempted murder, and since hes a judge, the ruling will stand.

I got a speeding ticket in November and my brother, who's a cop told me to keep postponing the hearing date. He contacted the cop but he wouldn't do him a favor and erase or whatever. Now, my brother's PBA delegate will contact him and see if he drops it.

Most definitely. Cops here in NY hate that other cops don't show courtesy to their famiilies. It's a big deal here. My brother was upset after I told him that he's was a cop and still gave the ticket. On top of that, he gave a tinted windows ticket for being too dark. I'm fighting both of them.
