All I can say is...wow! I've heard numerous people complain on here about having trouble getting up hills and what not. But since I put my high-flow exhaust and CAI on my car within the first month of having it, I never got to drive it on the highway in stock form. So, I couldnt understand what everyones problem with hills could be, well, I know now. I took a trip up to the girlfreind's parents house for turkey day weekend, and on the way there, with the cruise set at 80mph, everytime I'd hit a hill it would slow down to about 70, it was frickin rediculous.....

god DAMNIT, I can't wait till spring!!!!!![:@]

haha..i notice it sometimes, but not as bad as my sunbird...you just pick up speed before you get to the hill

That happens with me too. I increase speed before getting to the hill. I"m worse cause it's a automatic.

Why take the goods off for winter? My CAI has been through 3 nasty rainstorms and 1 whiteout blizzard, to include numerous puddles. Still plugging along too.

When I was going home for thanksgiving it was a nasty rain storm and the spray from cars and stuff soaked the filter on my CAI... made the power and MPG's dive. If we get another day like today (almost 60 in NY?!) I'm tearing off the lower pipe and running SRI for the winter.

[sm=icon_rofl.gif]HA HA!!! I laugh at you all! ND is as flat and empty as a Walmart parking lot on Sunday morning...(Walmart closes so the town can go to church...don't ask!)

[sm=icon_rofl.gif] lol sounds exactly like my town, the close the mall so people can have a flea market, and everytime someone brings up the option about having sunday shopping, everyone is against it, i don't know why but they are[:@]

I dont just mean the mall itself, i mean practically everything except gas stations and corner stores. my provence is run by a bunch of old liberal bastards that are afraid of change

So is ours apparently...They have a sign, "Open 24 Hours," then right below it, "Closed Sat. 10pm to Sun. 12pm." D*mn people and their crazy cults and such! [:@]

I think a better question is, why risk messing anything up? I live in Michigan, and our winters can be hellacious. Another thing you gotta understand, is I really only had three things on the car to take off, so it wasnt that big of a deal. The SRI is still on, and will suffice until spring. WHeels and tires obviously had to come off, and my exhaust is just so shiney and nice, I didnt want it sitting on a pile of snow all winter. Plus my buddy left the cat-back on his eclipse over a winter (when i was living in the UP), and it sounded more and more like ass everyday.
