General Tech Help - Spark plug wires

<IMG src=smileys/smiley5.gif border="0">Got a 01 civic ex and was wondering if any one had any clue how to get them out. I have changed alot of spark plugs but not on this setup. Got some bosh +4 (Easy or not?)
