Why are you sleeving it? What are your goals hp or track time wise?

I see no point in sleeves unless it is a dedicated race car.

then you dont need to sleeve it. hell...you could prolly hit 300 on boost with stock internals on an H. you may wanna watch the con. rods and pistons to be safe, get a good set of cams, and 300 will be an easy one to hit. the HASport integra has a k20a2 with a JRSC and is running 8psi on stock internals, a good pair of cams, intake, exhaust, and header, and getting an easy 320hp.

It wouldnt be very safe to hit 300whp on boost and expect that H22 to last long. The ringlands are one of the weakest points.

My prelude was sleeved and I tell you that you got to have them prefect when putting them in because if there off any you have had a bad day. Mine was off twice. I had my h22 up 397hp. But when you get a car built up like it's only good for the track. I broke something on it about everytime I was out. If you going to just around 300hp IMO I would go with a b18. For some reason I just think they are better motors to built.

Just get a set of pistons, rods, and cams and 300whp will be no problem. The stock sleeves are far better than everyone likes to say. I honestly do not understand the obsession with sleeving a block now days. I could understand if it was for a race car but at power levels that warrent sleeves a honda is not going to be streetable plain and simple.
