Default Shifters

Hey guys,

I'm just starting out in modifying my ride. I have a 99EX 2Dr. 5spd-M. I've stripped out all the air regs from the factory intake and installed an aftermarket kit. I am looking to replace this kit as well with a Cold Air System. I've slapped on some 17" 5 spoke Konigs that I no longer like. I basically have done little things here and there in a cheap fashion to see what I like. But I am now ready to get serious and put some money into my car. To start I am looking to install a short throw shifter kit. Any suggestions on what I can get for a good deal?

Thx

I've heard that B&M shifters are suppose to be good, maybe someone that has one can tell you first hand. One of the sponsors should be able to sell you one, or you could try EBay

hey, B&M are like the top quality like he sead...but alot of people i no bought the cheaper ones off of e-bay and cheap ones from stores and they work perfect, but then other people have problems...so mabey you might want to go with good right from the start

i have a b&m in my car, i like it a lot, it is high quality and comes with good instructions for installation if you need them. the only thing i don't like about mine is that the throws are a little to short for my taste and synchro longevity

From what I've heard, B&M definitely cranks out quality products. Also, Skunk2 makes a nice unit.
