well i just installed my tsudo n1 catback exhaust. it looks B-E-A-UTIFUL!!!! much cleaner than it was. although one bolt up by the cat was a biatch and i ended up taking a grinder to the damn thing. once i got that off everything was practically done in a matter of minutes. here are some pix as well.

here is another pic of the tip. yes its 4.5" but sounds nice. can't even hear it at idle and it has a sick sounding growl when you take off. not high pitched at all. just this deep VVVVRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!

how long did it take you to install the new catback when you got the old on off?

is it just me or does the muffler look a little crooked?

very nice over all. how big are the pipes? and are you running boost?

well it took just under 3 hours to install from getting the old on e off and thenew one on. but the longest part was trying to get one bolt off, which ended up getting stripped. so i grabbed my grinder and cut that **** off. but once the old one was off, the new one was on in like 15-20 min. so easy and fast. oh its not the muffler that looks crooked, i just took it at a crooked angle.

my bolts stripped too and had to cut and hammer them out... took a long ass time.

the pipes are 2.5" and no boost. wanting to stick n/a.

little problem. this morning while sitting at idle i started hearing the rattling, so i got out and looked where the axel back is bolted up and found out the last night i guess i didn't tighten the bolts as far as i could have and now the gasket there is blown and lost a nut. so now i need to fix that but it should only take a few mintues and a few bucks. kinda sucks.

at the same time i heard the noise i smelled burning rubber. turns out it was the gasket after it had blown, just giving off this burning rubber smell.

hmmmm if your not boosting i would say that you chose a pipe that is a little to big. but hell its sounds great right? im preping for boost and i would see better come out of a 2 1/2 then a 2 1/4

yea well it does sound nice and shouldn't hurt me too much if i'm not running boost and having larger pipes, but i am planning on putting more power in the engine so i would assume i need better flow out of the engine. and plus i got the full catback for 180 from my friend. so it all works for me. and its better than spending 350-500 on the same thing.

well then you came out pretty well... but right now your most likely loseing some low end torque cause of those big ass pipes.

2.5 isnt too big for NA...especially if hes building.

yea i can feel it gettin on the freeway, but in the higher rpm's i can feel it pick up a bit faster. i definitely notice a difference with the intake and exhaust now. next is the dc 4-2-1 one piece headers
