someone is being paid for the ridgeline to beat toyota/nissan or any of the 100 domestic trucks. ;):D

^^^false. honda 'trucks' get 10 times the MPGs of any domestic, and twice of toyotas and nissans (well...those are exaggerated...but you get the idea) and all americans care about is high MPGs and safe chassis. SUVs tend to have some of the safest chassis. plus, for the past couple years a SUV has been the thing to own. so its no suprise to me that honda won it with the ridgeline.
has anyone been in or driven a nissan (infinity) M35? theyre NICE, but ive never been within 10 feet of one.
After Lexus, Honda and Toyota, the brands rounding out the top ten for reliability were Mitsubishi, Subaru, Acura, Scion, Mercury, Mazda and Suzuki. The ten lowest-rated brands were Audi, Infiniti, Saturn, Lincoln, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Hummer and Porsche
ummm? all of the similar highlighted ones are the same company. maybe its just me but it seems weird that they listed the same companies more than once.
and how did mitsubishi get its way up on the top 10 for reliability?

I saw that on the news too . I hoped honda would build a si hatchback but it looks like they will not now. The new hatchback is called FIT and has a 109 hp vtec and rated at 39 mpg. You can see it on honda.com . They won't be out until april. We will take a test drive then and may consider getting one. We think gas is going to be 4.00 dollars in the near future so that car will be a consideration.
