Hey Team,

I'm new to this board, but I have been searching and browsing through many interesting threads. I have a 98 civic ex coupe(White). It is completely stock with only 55 k on it. I dont really plan on modding it, but I do plan on making it as clean as possible. For this, I plan on learning new things from all of you guys/gals. Being as effective as possible, I'm going to use this thread for introduction and questions :)

My Question is:

I'm in the market for new rims. I want something black with a polished lip, or gunmetal with a polished lip. 16s.

1. Are 205/40/16s ok?

2. What do you guys think about ICW? http://www.wheelsnext.com/product.phtml?p=2202

Any Suggestions? My budget is 700 with tires.:)
Thanks Team,

Dan

Welcome to the forum!!!!!!

Personally I'd say go 205/45-50/16 it'll fill in the wheel gap nicer.

Those rims would look sweet!

Thanks guys,

I'm actually talking to this guy who is selling the Buddy Club P1s on ebay. Hes offering me 4 Gunmetals 16s wrapped in tires (Dont know the brand yet) 205/40/16 for 765 shipped.

Is that a good deal? Should I ask for 205/45/16 instead? I'm trying to avoid rubbing so I'm not sure which to go with. Advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again for your replies,

Dan

the 40s will have an overall smaller size, so it will help keep anything from rubbing actually. the ride will be a little bit stiffer, but not bad.

So should I stick to the 40s if I might drop it with the S Teins?[;)
