Has anyone got a carbon trunk/boot for an ek civic hatch? I kinda like the look of it, and if I ever have any money again I could be persuaded to buy one, if there was nothing else I could do to my car... I guess they're quite a bit lighter than the steel originals, but do they make any noticable difference to the handling>? If anything I guess the back end would feel lighter and possibly a bit more fun on little tight roads (if ultimately slower). Seeing as its something that would get daily use, how do they stand up to general wear and tear?

Ive seen them for EG hatch's but not sure if you can get them for EK's as there not a split boot, then again somebody out there must make one as everything else is made, If you want to lose weight from the top of your car to help cornering I know a place were you can get a carbon sunroof, Its half the weight of the heavy stock one.

ya there really expesive...and if you get a CF trunk you should go with a CF hood to to make it match
..for handling just get a good suspention set-up (springs and shocks) and strut bars

dont forget teh anit-roll bars as well... i htink those are the most overlooked when it comes to redoing suspension
