you will need to build a turbo motor if you want to run more boost than 9psi. honda does not make a drop in turbo motor for a civic, unless you get the jdm civic in japan which is turbocharged from the factory

nope. Honda hasnt had a turbo car since the old City Turbo of the 80s, and thats not a swap any of us would benefit from.

though Acura will be introducing a new 2.3L turbo car/mini-suv soon. but no word yet on interchangability. hopefully its K-series based.

RDX! They had one at the auto show in Detroit. It's the one on the left. Obviously I did not get any closer to it... thought it was just another SUV

Sacs hatin on the D. The truth is, the D will probably make you all the power you'll ever want, and it will do it cheaper. (If you're going the turbo route.)

Just saying, I think for most peoples goals on here they'd be better off with a turbo D than a B. DOHC is better, true, but in most cases the prices on the Bs don't warrant their gains, imo. It's a well written thread, but a sticky should at least acknowledge an array of options, imo.

If you have a D already and are looking for resonable power gains, boost is cheaper.
