ECU Tuning & Fuel Management - Dash lights

I recently installed a tachometer and rewired my cd player. My problem is now my dash lights wont come on and my dimmer swith won't work. my tach still works and lights up and it tied into the dimmer switch, but nothing else comes on. Help!

When I put in my tach I couldn't hook its light up to the dimmer for some reason. I think it is electronic and not a simple variable resistor. Check your fuses, then undo everything and see if they come back on! Check any connections you might have loosened. Good luck!

I let my friend hook my cd player up in my 2004 and he fried something in my dash, the lights wouldnt come on anymore. we rewired them to a switch, ,but i think it had something to do with him hooking up the dimmer......let me know what it ends up being....
