ive got 1 12 inch sub in my trunk with an amp mounted to the side. ive moved the amp all around the box but i cant seem to keep my sub stable in the trunk. it slides around with every little curve. i cant find anything to bolt it down to. just need some advice.

you could bent some 90 brackets and use some small screws...depending on the trunk of coarse.

when i had my 3 piece box but in i had them bolt it down to the trunk from inside the box...i did that for that reason and so if anyone broke in they would spend at least an hour if they REALLY wanted my subs and box...lol.I can kick it and it doesnt even budge.

Take the sub out of the box. Postition the box where you want to. pop in screws form inside the box. Put sub back in box. Your done and it looks clean

The false floor on mine caved in from the weight or the box and everything so I just took it all out and put a board on the bottom side of the false floor then drilled through the board, cardboard crap and into the box... fixed the floor and kept the box from moving at the same time.

yea i was going to bolt it down but i didnt know where to because of the crappy cardboard flooring that is in the trunk. i had it sitting in there for a while and got tired of it sliding around so ive taken it out right now but it never caved in my flooring. when i get a chance im going to get some velcro and give that a try. if anyone has better ideas that doesnt take me going out and buying a big thing of wood and fitting it in there that would be great but the velco sounds like a good idea to me.
