THX for the info. yorky 05-13-2006, 02:46 PM b16 all day ef4life 06-04-2006, 06:27 PM the h22 is a hard engine to fit and is costly because of all the parts you need. a b18c5 would be the way to go, but it will cost a lot also, but a much easier swap to do. finalimpact 06-05-2006, 11:47 PM h22........once its in and running its still cheaper than a type r swap, makes more power and has a broader power band. but for the cost of either you can build your si engine and turbo it then run circles around the h22 and c5 assuming you do the work yourself. Powermidget 01-09-2007, 01:33 PM both of those are going to require some custom fab...id go b16 gsr or ls to simplify your life and with the extra money boost that bitch ef4life 01-09-2007, 01:42 PM thread from the dead man, and a b18c5 type r is the same size and mounts as a b16 or gsr, so there would be no custom fab work. finalimpact 01-09-2007, 06:57 PM ORIGINAL: ef4life thread from the dead man, and a b18c5 type r is the same size and mounts as a b16 or gsr, so there would be no custom fab work. pshhhh custom beating of the frame rail with a hammer FTW!! |
