Default Chippin ECU for turbo

Ok, so I have a 2000 EX Civic. I am going to be doing a home made turbo set up on it pretty soon and had a question. I heard that it is hard to chip or tune and obd2 ecu. So I will probably get an obd1 P28 ECU with an obd2-obd1 conversion harness. THen i will need to get it tuned by some professional on hondata or something. So should I just get a stock P28 ECU? THen will the hondata tuning take care of the rest? Or do I need to buy some chipped P28 ECU?

www.pgmfi.org

^Basically everything you need to know. I've been reading on that site for weeks and haven't even put a dent in the amount of information there. I've heard nothing but good things about Crome. I can get a chipped ecu for a pretty good price, pm me if you're interested.

My gsr is chipped by crome, 100 bucks to get it chipped with a basic map on it. Then 100 an hour to have it fine tuned on a dyno.

Than Crome? If so, why? I've heard a few people say that

nowhere, unless its used, but it'd be hard as hell to find the exact one you need
