Inside and Out - How do I remove these plastic screws

How to I safely remove these screws. the screw connect the bumper and frame. of course, i want to put it back later
Top and bottom pics of the screw.

you get a flat head screwdriver and put it under the top plastic circle where the gap is in the botton plastic, then just pop it out

yeah those sucker are hard to pop. i've broken a few. not to jacked the forum here but anybody know where to get the replacement beside the dealers..

lol, i work at home depot in NC here... those screws look alot like the screws that attach plastic shutters to your siding... they should be near the doors and windows... specifically the shutters

if you go to homedepot, they sell them by singles and in the same row you can usually buy them by box
