Im in desperate need of a tune up for my 94 civic ex. Wanted to know if any of you could clue me in to which type/brands of wires, plugs, distributors are best for my car (no crazy mods mostly bolt on stuff).
Thanks for the info.

I always use Bosch. Good stuff. Ive never used any other brand for spark wires other than Accel's . I am happy with them though.

Bosch wires and double platinum plugs. Doesn't get any better than that.

the honda wires are great unless you are running an aftermarket ignition. and stay away from those bosch platinum +4s. everyone i know who used them has major problems. like 6-800 dollars worth of headwork problems. they run too hot for normal motors.

Sounds good..one more question though...arent the honda wires WAY more expensive than aftermarket wires such as Bosch??

If you get them from the dealer... just get some Bosch premiums. They're made to go with platinum plugs.

I have been a honda driver since 1997 and have used nothing but ngk and denso on all of my cars never had any problems. My recomendation is to stick with one of them. I put bosch plugs in my car onr time and 200 miles later my **** was running horible. No power at all changed to a denso plug and they lasted forever no problems at all.
