ECU Tuning & Fuel Management - 2005 Ex Fog Lights

Hey everyone,
I'm new to this site, but am looking forward to hearing everyone's tips. I need some help here. First, does anyone else have a 2005 Civic Special Edition with fog lights? Do they seem to be pointed down way to far? Also, does anyone know the type of bulb that goes in them? O and if anyone could give me tips as to how to get those headlight bulbs out that would be awesome. I tried going with what the manual says and I still cant get them out. It seems you have to have super small hands in order to get them out. Sorry for the long post, but any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

If you are trying to get the drivers side bulb out, you have to move the power steering reservoir out of the way. It's a bitch to move, but if you push it out of the way far enough, you can usually just barely fit your hand in there. And I think the foglights are supposed to be pointing low. That's why they are called foglights. If they're pointing up, it'll have the same effect as putting on your brights in the fog.
