The Chop Shop - i know its not a civic but...

my civic had a lot of problems and extremly high miles.
i found a really good deal on a 1999 Saab 9-3 convertible so i bought it after having it throughly checked out by a mechanic.

anyway, this is what i would like done, any or all of it would be extremly appreciated!

lip kit
rims --> black
break calipers --> red
