White smoke means your burning oil somewhere. Could be a head problem, could be a ring problem (which means rebuild.) Check the plugs and see if any have excessive oil on them.

i did a compression test last night and i had over 200 across the board with no oil on the plugs...and i found out it wasnt anything wrong with the head gasket. this is really weird.

errrrr
white smoke-anti freeze/water
blue smoke-oil
black smoke-unburnt fuel
so the comp test came back pretty good, but somehow your taking in anti-freeze somewhere. check the intake mani gasket. thats another source you can get anti freeze leaking into the cylinders. when you checked the plugs was there any one plug that was different color than the other three?

nope, they were all the same. my friends dad said it it is probably the plug valves or sumthin (i forgot exactly wut he said) but i think thats wut it is cuz everything is fine.
