i did it into my 95, which has almost the same bay as the 96. its not too hard at all. it requires mounts from a 99-00 si or integra (the front mount which also holds the AC pump should come from the si or a dual cam del sol.) and other than that, the wiring is kind of a pain, but other than that, its about as easy as a stock to stock engine change. good luck, and its well worth it.

Yeah, it's true. These are the places I give to everybody.

Sunrise JDM (They're in Quebec, so they might be close to you) http://www.sunrisejdmmotors.com/honda.php

Nippon Motors (SoCal, maybe not your best option). http://www.nippon-motors.com/honda.htm

go cut the harness out of a 6th gen civic at the pick-n-pull do it yourself junkyard in your area, then remove the pins and splice them in.

holy crap, hmm... i would not go with that. PasswordJDM in my experience is way overpriced. If you were gonna spend that much, you might as well have bought this, which is what Im getting in the fall https://www.tigerjapanese.com/product_info.php?cPath=42&products_id=135.

as for the wiring diagrams, I cant really halp you there. Maybe your local honda/acura dealership might have something like that, but i doubt it. Or you can label all the plugs you remove so you know where they go again. That will help significantly when dealing with the other harness on the new engine.
