the only way i could tell you to do it is to get a key made at the honda dealer. it would cost like 6 bucks, all you need is your registrfation and a drivers license.

$6? I dunno... Honda dealers love to make you bend over. My mom lost her keys to her 05 S60 and they got her for $150

remmy, an old honda doesn't have a chipped key that needs to be programmed, i had a key made for my hatch for just over 5 bucks. it takes a few minutes, they need to look up the key code and cut the key out from the code they get.

im not sure if a civic's starter is similar to an accords but if it is..it should look like the pic below. my friends car was stolen a couple weeks ago and he got it back. this is how the started the car. they just popped off that plastic piece under the steering wheel, took a screw driver to that silver piece under the turn signal and started it up. sadly, it is that easy...

Telling people how to start cars w/o the key = bad idea.

if you can find another old accord key or toyota master key then you can jig the car, old accords can be started up really easy by jigging it with another key usualy toyota master keys. i know this because my friend lost his car keys and we was helped by some guy on the road he jigged his key into the key hole and started it up and pulled his key out and we droved home. its as easy as that
nothing gets broken

I have to agree. Telling someone how to hotwire a car is really a bad idea considering that this a forum. Could that get HCF shut down?
