HCF Suggestion / Forum Help Center - Sig help.

Well as you can see, my picture isnt loading up for some reason. Theres the tag for it. I have no clue what the deal is as it has worked on other forums before. Can a moderator try to get this to work or give me some pointers please? Thanks in advance.
