Default adjustable illumina's

In what way are tokico illumina's adjustable? Is it ride height, dampening of ride stiffness etc? If I put a set of h&r race springs on illumina shocks will I get the springs 2.3" drop or will the adjustability of the illumina's allow me to ride a little higher?

You get to adjust the dampening. The ride height is not adjustable.
The spring perch location on the struts are designed specifically for your car, so if you put OEM springs on your car, it will remain the same height. So, if you put lowering springs that will drop it 2.3", then the car will drop 2.3" when you install the struts and springs. You cannot ride higher.
