Hey I'm having a problem with my 90 civic it has a code 13. It said in the book that it was a atmospheric pressure sensor code. I've check for vacuum, vacuum leaks, power and ground to the sensor. Put a sensor in from a junk yard because a new one is 116 dollars. Someone said it could be my ecu I reset the light then when I key up my key the light flashes and I turn the car on the some code. It sucks because the car is running rich and causing the plugs to foul up. I would appreciate the help.
