Default Re-painting my interior

ok, this is how my interior looks right now.....

As you can all see, my interior is confused on what color it wants to be and is also chipping off. I wanna get the OEM color and do it myself! every place that i go to does not have my color code though... How strong of sandpaper do you guys think i would have to get to rip through the clear coat and all that good stuff? some major help please... every time i see the inside of my car it pisses me off even more and when other people see it, i get more embarassed... HELP!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks all.....

i would go with the silver color on the other vents, i would just use a green pad to scuff the old paint and make sure the pieces are clean good luck bro

its a pain to get the old paint off, i used to have my vents blue..i had to get really ruff sandpaper, and it took forever on one piece and it was hard to get into all the edges and stuff, so i just got a can of paint remover..and left the plastic in there for like 5 minits then take them out and you just need a cloth and all the paint will wipe off. This did not wreck the plastic eather. For my paint i just went to a automotive paint store, give them my vin and my paint code, and they look it up on there computer and mixed me some, exact match
