Audio/Visual & Electronics - Door wiring

Well i currently have maunel locks and windows in my car, and i found 2 donor doors that are willing to give up there goods to help my cause. THe thing is this, i heard that i would need there glass windows, that i couldnt use my current windwos, which would pose a problem cause the donor doors windows are shattered.

Is this true?

Also, does anyone have any advice on this swaP?
