Canada, Over Seas & Elsewhere - engine blocks

I have a 90 honda civic sedan with the d15b i'm lookin to upgrade and i figure i would start from scratch what i wanna know is has anyone seen a good sight in canada where i can buy engine blocks and heads and all my parts new. Like i said i wanna start from SCRATCH.

best bet is ebay or maybe some forums, check out beyond.ca they will have a local forum and you can look through the classifieds for stuff. Cheaper then ebay as well
