a friend of mine wants to sell me a complete exhaust system for $300, it includes headers, downpipe, cat converter, and catback exhaust... its been used for only 1 week and their are no rust spots or anything, problem is the brand name is trr and ive neverheard of this.... anybody i would appreciate some input on what they think

ive never heard of it but its cheap, why has he had it a week and getting rid of it. could be worth it looking at the money it saves u over others

 

well i noe him personally, his engine on his civic blew, hes offering it to me cause hes getting rid of his and selling the parts, wut do u think?

 

Might not be worth buying.Find out the exhaust piping diameter and determine whether it has been crush or mandrel bent.Inspecting the welds on the header might not be a bad idea either.

well idk, sometimes people sell thigns for real cheap if they need the money, specially if hes getting another car thats not a Civic. Are they name brand or generic brand?

 

yeah i mean its not 'name' brand **** but it really just sounds like he wants to get rid of it, i mean, you know the guy, not us...youll know if hes trying to pull your chain
