Suspension, Brakes, Tires & Wheels - will they work?

i am about to sell my h&r springs to a guy on here and he has a 98 civic DX. i bought these for my 2000 si and on the box it says fits- 92-00 civic so im assuming that fits his too right? here are the pictures -
