Hi, I'm new here and I need help....
I have a 93 Civic HB, goin' on 4 years and the AC has always been terrible.
I live in FL and it's HOTTTTTTT. Can someone suggest some advice. I did the recharge and schrader valve has been replaced. But I'm looking for a huge jump in AC power.
My friend has a 92 Accord Coupe and that things AC rocks. So did his 95 Prelude.
Please help.
Melting Away..... :(

Im not sure about your model, but alot of cars have a "microfilter" somewhere inside the car (maybe by the footrest area in the passenger seat) Its just an air filter that cleans the air coming into the A/C system... that could be clogged up and need to be replaced

MicroFilter........ I'll check it out.
thanks!
If anybody else knows about aftermarket AC hookups for a 93 Civic DX HB, let me know...
At this point, I'm ready to move up my engine swap if it means I can get a better, stronger AC unit.

its supposed to be something changed like every 10,000 miles, but people rarely do it. It's only like $10-$15
If your a/c ever stinks... that filter is probably your reason also.

Thanks for the feedback...
Yeah, I think you're right. And mine is crap.... I'm even considering doing the engine swap if it means i can get a kick ass AC. I'm talkin' 240 hp to the AC if need be. I'm to old to race and I'm tired of sweating my butt off...
