EK Swaps - brake swap

is it possible to swap the rear disc brake setup from an integra to an EX civic?

i believe it can be done, i have never done it personally but i intend to at some point and have read that its possible...gonna take a bit of work obviously :P maybe someone else will be so kind as to give us more info
