I made it through my first week of work.It isn't bad at all there is 5 michines I have worked on so far training wise and like 5 or 6 more to learn beforeI can work on my own a switch from 1st shift to 3rd.The rubber pieces I make are for mostly car and truck suspenison rubber parts and I even made a rubber mold for a paint train car a rubber seal were it drains the paint they only make this like once every ten years. What does everyone else do at work?

Not really it isn't boring cause you are constantly working with the machine and trimming the rubber mold the machine makes.I am starting my new shift tonight so I will meet new co-workers the ones from first shift are super nice though.

I haven't had a new job in quite a while. Dunno what I'm gonna do if I ever get fired or something. I've been working for an arcade for about 2 1/2 years now. Worked my way up to assistant manager. Kinda sucks because I'm more of a low key kinda guy and it's hard to stay low key when you're in a management position. All the suits in the company start having thier eye on you and whatnot. Oh well.
Running any kind of press can get boring and tedious, making the art, the plates or the molds are about the only fun you get to have, then it's hours and hours or running the press. Can't complain about the money tho.
