To get the lower portion of the stock box out:

jack up the car
remove the passenger's side wheel (front)
remove wheel well spash guard
you can now see the lower portion of the stock box and the bolts that hold it in.
take bolts out
remove stock box

By passenger's side wheel I mean passenger's side wheel. You know, the tire that is mounted to the wheel that is bolted to the car on the passenger side in the front of the car.

And NO, you do not have to remove the front bumper.

lol, yes. the only part missing is. Take the O2 sensor out (good luck) of the old exhaust manifold/downpipe and install it into the new header.

p.s. header is singular, you only have one!

you are going to need to be MAD CAREFUL WITH THAT SENSOR!!!!!!

it's really easily broken and is extremely sensitive. you'll throw CEL's and have a bad air/fuel mix if it's hosed and that's not good for your engine or your catylitic converter. that's why I'm going to be replacing my cat soon.

that sensor isn't that delicat you know... it takes quite a bit of abuse to break. also, its not certain you'll get a CEL.
