I'm pretty sure admins have access to changing the whole forum around. At least when I ran a forum they did.


It varies for forum to forum. There is a kind of setup screen where the people with full control and pick what each rank can do. Most likely Amanda and/or Patrick are the only ones that can use that but I'm not sure.
