My sons civics' brake pedal goes to the floor with barely any resistance tried pumping and no difference...fluid is full no leaks on wheel cylinders...is it the master cylinder or what..any help is greatly appreciated

It could be the master cylnder but im sure there are other things that coujld be wrong.........sacs mite have some valuable input on this., this may sound stupd but make sure the top of the brake fluid resivoir is tight and has no leaks. skidbump 04-13-2005, 05:28 AM no leaks...but when pedal goes to floor"and i mean floor " i feel a click...someone said diaphram may be shot ...i think its in master cylinder but not sure...have no problem replacing and bleeding brakes just not sure if its the master cylinder or the master power .. |
