Is there a way to get the headrests of eg seats without messing them up?

Im not 100% sure, but all the call seats I have played around with, all you need to do is push that plastic tab in near the rails that makes the headrest go up and down and just hold it down and pull it out.

Here's the diagram from the EG service manual. Looks pretty easy just use a flathead screwdriver (put tape on the end to protect the trim) and pop off that trim piece. then use a wrench and it should come right out.
