this is probably a stupid question but how do you put picture under your aviator name?

You mean how to do the picture under your username? Where my uber 1337 custom South Park charactor is? Go to My Profile, My Avatar and upload one.

its in the hard drive. i went to my profile, upload it and apply and ok but still i dont see anything. this is irriating

Make sure the little circle to the left of "Upload your picture" or whatever it says, is checked.

make sure your doing it in Avitar not profile photo. I made that mistake once.
