Inside and Out - Fog Lights

I will be receiving my new 2008 Civic EXL Coupe in a few weeks and wanted to know if its worth paying $495 for the dealer to install fog lights. Is it hard to do yourself? Is the car prewired for the lights? Thanks for any input :).

I have no idea if the car is pre-wired or not. But No matter what, for $495 I would do it myself. Seriously, running two wires, and putting in a switch is like a 30 minute job. Save the cash and put in into some other mod for the car. If you need help doing it, I know that we can help you here.

i doubt the car is prewired, but seriously, its a job you can handle yourself, just take you time and follow directions

i just installed fog lights and the HFP lip on my 07 ex coupe last weekend. very simple. took us 4 hours to finish everything. i bought the kit from www. handaaccessories.com and paid about $260 including shipping. that saite has directions on how to install them as well.
