its an honda civic si 90 my seatbelt alarm will not stop beeping, i need help, cant drive with this like this, should i find the fuse and rip it out? cut out the speaker? buy an part? need help thanks

lol, no even when the seatbelt is on or in!!! thats funny, sorry didnt think to add that!
help!!!!thank you. i did look at the wire diagrams in an repair manual, maybe all just cut the wire.

oh, haha! Well, I guess its probably a bad sensor or something. Dig around under there and see if anything is obviously disconnected/brokeen/etc

Look under your seat and find the wire connected to it. Make sure it is connected. I'm not sure that is it though becaue I think if it is disconnected then it will not beep wheater or not your seatbelt is on or not so if it is plugged in then unplugg it and the beeping should stop.

most likely the wire that mobsta man is talking about is shorted to ground, causing the seat belt alarm to be on at all times (when ign. is on). insulation could be worn somewhere...

disconnecting it might work, and might not, depends on where the short to ground is.

My 90 civic DX was doing that... it turned out that my wire was shorted... check it out...
