Question on OBD2b to OBD1

What do you exactly have to do to go from OBD2b to OBD1? I know you have to have the P28 ECU and Ecu harness jumper, but what else is needed?

Somebody has to know for the fact of half the guys on here had to go OBD2-OBD1 for there turbo projects. I have searched google all morning and haven't found the answer I'm looking for! Anyone?

what do you mean "go from"? are you trying to put an obd1 motor in a obd2 car? or run an obd2 motor with an obd1 ECU?
