Default 94 civic

well i just did a compression check on my 94 civic. i got readings: 1st cyl. 175 2nd cyl. 175 3rd 155 and 4th 160. so i put a new set of plugs in and its still is smoking. and burning oil. i think it may be valve seals. what do you guys think.

Do you have oil in your water? (or vice versa [8D] )
If so likely to be head gasket....

i dont have any water in the oil. or the other way around. i found the exact same motor for 450$ with 98k miles on it.they run the motor for 30 minutes before they take it out of the car and they gurentee it for 30 days. sound like a good deal?
