Awful. Fitment was nowhere near close for my 99 civic coupe. It took hours of drilling and bending to get them to fit in all 4 holes and keep them safe at the same time.

"Some adjustments may be necessary" means "you're better off getting a welder and making your own seat brackets".

x2, I had a hell of a time with mine. I will be replacing them with sparco's whenever I get the money.
