i recently took over a project car from a buddy, its a 94 ex with quite a few mods. since i got it, there is oxidation on most of the aluminum on my engine, even the supercharger shows signs of it, my question is if anyone knows of something that will take it off. once its off, im sure i can keep it looking good by keeping it clean. its just, i would rather not tear the engine down to clean everything. i already took care of the valve cover by sanding it down and re-painting it (whoever painted it the last time did not use the correct paint). any help?

Rubbing compound takes off oxidized paint with enough eblow grease. Honestly, it's a pain in the ass. My car is COMPLETELY oxidized and i've gradually got a lot of spots back just with a rag and a bottle of turtle rubbing compound
