Mechanical Problems & Technical Chat - halo headlight adjustment

I bought a set of halo headlights from ebay but the beam of light is pointing at the ground. These are the black headlights with only one halo per side. There seems to be no adjustment wheel on the housing. Does anyone know how to adjust these lights?

what year car?....i know my ebay pojectors have a screw on the top that adjust up and down and another on on the side that adjust left to right.

Its an 02. There are 3 screws on the back of the high beam caseing but these dont appear to adjust anything.
