Inside and Out - dash trim question?

in my 98 civic i want to buy a dash trim kit off ebay...are they crappy or do they look good and nice? is it hard to install? can it be taken off later down the road? my exterior of my car is silver and they have a matching set of silver to place over my plastic trim...lemme know what you all think of that. thanks...if any1 has any pics of there trim let me see.

Its not the best quality, but it does work. And yes you can simply take it off later on if you dont like it
