Suspension, Brakes, Tires & Wheels - Neuspeed Front Upper Strut Brace

So a friend of mine gave me one of these. We checked to see if the holes would line up in my car. Well they do but there are plastic plugs where the strut bar holes are. We took one of these plugs out and it looks like the hole has threads in it. Anybody know anything about this? Its a 97 ex. If so what size bolt goes in there?? Thanks again!!

K so the plugs where in the bottom and top. Took out both and got some hardware and viola! Installed!
