Nitrous, Super Chargers, & Turbos - Can i turbo my 97 civic coupe ls?

hi i was just wondering if its possible to turbo my civic ls? i dont know the engine no. but i have seen one on youtube with a turbo on it!. . . . . just want to know it i can do it without melting my engine?

no the civic ls will melt because of all the heat made by the turbo, you will have to either buy a new engine or buy a new shell for your car, also if you add a wing to the bad this will help cool the car down so that it doesnt melt your engine. I would highly recommend getting the biggest wing out there, this is cheaper and saves you a lot of money

not to be a jerk, but what is a civic ls? does it have a b18b swap?

im guessing it has the swap cause i dunno of a civic ls, but from the sounds of it joey you should do your research cause it sounds like u need to. if you dont know your stuff you can make some big mistakes that will cost you a lot of money.

the engine is a 1.6 v-tech! and i think im going to start with high-lift cams first anyway.
